At HOPE Community Medicine, healthcare is personal. We are here to provide trusted, connected care for every stage of life across Deep East Texas.
From primary care and women’s health to pediatrics, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, everything we do is built around you. No matter your situation—insured or not—you are welcome here.
If you need care, WE WILL see you. Ability to pay will never stand in the way. With sliding fee options and patient support services, we work to remove barriers—not create them.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we bring together modern technology, coordinated care, and affordable medications to keep your healthcare simple and accessible.
We are your Community. We are your Clinic. We are your HOPE.
